Privacy Policy

Certain areas of our website will ask you for personal information. The Colorado Consumer Health Initiative wants this to be a safe and private place for users. You should be aware that we use external vendors to manage our database; the information that you submit on this site may be provided to those vendors on a confidential basis so that they can provide services on our behalf. Aside from those vendors, we will not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated organizations without your permission. Personal information that you provide will be used for the purposes for which it was submitted.

Unless you opt out, we may also use your information to contact you via postal mail or e-mail about a variety of other activities. For example, if you join our e-mail messaging list, we will send you periodic newsletters, action alerts, or donation requests. If you become a member of the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative, you will receive communications related to your membership. If you make an online donation using our secure online donation tool, your information will be added to the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative's donor list and you will be contacted about giving opportunities and fundraising events. If you join our advocacy network, we will contact you when we would like you to take action on legislative issues.

You may remove your name and contact information from our distribution list at any time by visiting your personal subscription management page and deactivating your account, or you may e-mail a request to info@cohealthinitiative.org or call (303) 839-1261.
